E-commerce Phone System Supplier TelcoDepot.com Announces New Discount Phone System Pricing for Non-Profit Organizations

www.TelcoDepot.com

Bay Shore, NY (PRWEB) August 02, 2011

E-commerce phone system supplier TelcoDepot.com has recently announced new discounted pricing for non-profit organizations. Telcodepot.com is a leading supplier of VoIP phones, VoIP phone system solutions, hosted PBX services, business telephone system solutions, conference phone systems, Internet phone service, video surveillance equipment, VoIP gateways, telephony products and phone system support services to small businesses in the USA. TelcoDepot.com, the phone system experts and leading US phone system supplier, recently announced a new scheme that will provide discounts on phone systems for non-profits, allowing them to acquire high-end phone system solutions that meet their requirements and are optimized for their operations without adversely impacting them financially.

Non-profits are essential organizations that deal with real issues and problems confronting the society and the world at large in areas such as human rights, security, healthcare, education, welfare, the environment, world peace, sustainable industries, world economy, and much more, by promoting reform and influencing policies at every level of industry and government. Because of the importance of their work, and the fact that they mostly rely on funding from external sources, it is clear that they should be encouraged as much as possible to ensure that they are able to achieve their goals, and TelcoDepot is contributing to the success of non-profits by providing them with a special discount on all phone systems purchased from the company.

Quoting a Company principal about the new discount pricing on phone system solutions for non-profits;

“Non-profits play a key role in the workings of the economic, social and political mechanisms that address problems in our society and the world in general. Like any other type of organization, non-profits have communication requirements that need to be met through adequate, effective and scalable phone system solutions as well as other internet, data and voice technologies to guarantee proper functioning and the attainment of their founding goals and objectives. By not being out to make a profit, there are naturally limitations in funding that are generally experienced by most non-profits, and TelcoDepot is aware of this fact. This has led us to come up with a discounted phone system pricing scheme for operators of non-profits. We want the non-profits to get the type of quality phone system and telephony infrastructures they deserve without having to make huge financial commitments. As an experienced and trusted phone systems provider, TelcoDepot has the expertise that is required to properly analyze phone system requirements for these non-profits and recommend solutions which when combined with the new discounted pricing scheme, provide the highest value and best telecom packages for operators of non-profits. Interested organizations can go online to our website or call our customer care lines for more information.”

TelcoDepot’s decision to create specialized pricing for non-profits comes in the wake of continued uncertainty with respect to economic growth and amidst chorus of mixed voices among small business operators. Non-profits, it seems, may be suffering especially difficult times in this economic landscape. At the same time higher quality and more advanced communications systems may very well be valuable tools for non-profits to combat the effects of the difficult economic landscape, with many organizations utilizing outbound calling efforts as a core tactic for garnering operational and financial support among their membership base. Outdated and inefficient communications tools create barriers to effective outeach. Telcodepot.com hopes their offer to the non-profit community at large is received well and that non-profit’s will take advantage of the offer.

For more information on the new Telco Depot discount phone system pricing for Non-profits, or for any updates or inquiries, please visit TelcoDepot.com or call the TelcoDepot customer care line at 1-800-390-1200.

AirportHotelGuide.com Announces the Launch of New Travel App

(PRWEB) September 28, 2011

AirportHotelGuide.com, the original airport hotel directory on the web now offers hotel-booking services on the iPhone and all iOS devices. The app uses state of the art technology and offers an upgraded hotel inventory without losing sight of Airport Hotel Guide’s primary goal of providing affordable and targeted hotel accommodations. The Airport Hotel Guide app unlocks 200,000 hotels near 37,000 airports and cities worldwide, providing hotel solutions to any kind of traveler and travel need.

This new expansion of services comes from understanding that hotel reservations often need to be made away from a home or business computer. Plans often change and Airport Hotel Guide created the app to ensure that a family looking for a hotel during a long road trip, a business team needing a hotel after a long convention or a student whose flight was cancelled due to inclement weather can all find a hotel nearby and book a hotel room as quickly as possible.

The Airport Hotel Guide app offers advanced and same day reservations, allowing users to search for specific hotels and even filters search results by hotel name and hotels offering airport shuttles. Before booking a hotel, the app offers the ability to browse hotel reviews, photographs and descriptions, ensuring that users find the perfect hotel room. Need to book a hotel room as quickly as possible at a hotel nearest to your location? The Airport Hotel Guide app has implemented a “shake to search” feature that will display hotel results near your current location at any time.

“The new iPhone app from Airporthotelguide.com is a one of a kind travel tool that allows travelers to locate hotels near airports across the globe” says Tony Economou, President of Airporthotelguide.com. “The app presents an easy to use format which offers the ability to book a room in a few easy steps. The app’s shake technology will help passengers who have flight delays or cancellations to find rooms quick and easily wherever they are stranded. Our special negotiated rates are discounted and offer up to 30% off hotel rack rates. The app, in itself, will be an instrumental travel tool for the next decade.”

Throughout development Airport Hotel Guide ensured that users will find the same easy to use and easy to navigate structure on the app that is found on the website. Those that have trusted Airporthotelguide.com in the past can continue to put their confidence into the app. Returning customer Jason Haynes said, “The app found right where I was and helped me book a hotel right around the corner. It was so easy to use and offered great prices too. Awesome hotel booking app.”

Since 1999, Airporthotelguide.com has been the premier hotel booking service for hotels, motels, and inns near airports worldwide. Through the website, travelers find special promotions, discounts, meal vouchers and even free nights at thousands of hotels. With the release of the new iPhone app, Airport Hotel Guide delivers their superior services and booking solutions to the mobile devices of travelers everywhere. No matter the travel need or situation, a hotel is always nearby with Airport Hotel Guide.

Use Airport Hotel Guide and find hotels everywhere you are and everywhere you want to go. Get the App.

ReversePhoneDirectory.com Cautions Online Daters to Think with Their Head, Not Just Their Heart

Bellevue, WA (PRWEB) May 16, 2011

People searching for Mr. or Ms. Right should beware, because many of the profiles online and on dating sites fake profiles are put up by scammers in order to get to know people they then bilk into giving them money.

It takes a long time and courage to work up the nerve to make initial contact with someone who has posted their profile on an online dating service. Many online daters are thrilled when their prospect replies, in many cases saying that they were flattered to receive an email expressing interest and then going on to talk about their interests that they have in common with the initiating party.

Imagine the heartbreak when the person looking for love discovers their “dream” person doesn’t exist.

It is common for people on dating websites to tell little white lies, whether it be about their weight, age, income or even their relationship status, but some take it to another level, creating fake profiles in order to prey on and defraud online daters. These scammers aren’t easy to spot, they take their time to developing a relationship and getting their victims to trust them. As a result they are able to dupe a lot of people who normally are too savvy fall for scams.

Psychologists blame the “halo effect.” The phenomenon that occurs when a person notices something attractive about a person, and then starts imagining and assuming other positive attributes. It’s the same reason physically attractive people often paid more than average-looking people, and it happens frequently in the online dating world. People who see a good-looking person, or read an interesting profile, soon start false assumptions about that person, giving them the benefit of the doubt and letting down their guard down, even ignoring red flags. This “halo effect” makes it easy for scammers to fleece online daters looking for Mr. or Ms. Right out of money or into disclosing personal information.

The FBI reports getting thousands of complaints each year from people who have been swindled by people they have met on online dating sites. ReversePhoneDirectory.com offers the following tips to avoid falling victim to these scams:

Pay attention to language. Be cautious of strange-sounding English or flowery phrasing that isn’t quite right.

Research. Research. Research. Search for the person on social networking sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter. If a name or phone number can be obtained, use ReversePhoneDirectory.com to look them up and verify their information. If something doesn’t add up, walk away.

Use paid online dating sites. Paid sites have more information about their members in the form of credit card information so if something happens tracking down the person may be possible.

Protect your personal information. Don’t be too quick to disclose information like phone numbers or addresses, do some research to verify the person is who they say they are before sharing your info.

Never give money to a stranger.

What Is a Reverse Lookup?

DNS lookup has been popular for quite some time now. However, another type of look up called reverse lookup also exists and is fast gaining popularity. DNS stands for Domain name system of the Internet. Reverse lookups use it to find the root of an IP address. This article answers the question What Is a Reverse Lookup. The first few paragraphs explain the meaning of the term in technical and layman’s terms. The latter part of the article focuses on the uses of reverse lookups.

What Is a Reverse Lookup? Reverse DNS lookup involves finding the domain name associated with an IP address. These are sets of four numbers which fall in the range of 0 to 255 and are separated by periods. Each computer has a unique IP address, much like social security numbers for humans. A reverse look up involves feeding this address into a database, which then matches it against a collection of domain name registries and finds out the particular registry registry associated with that particular IP address. The Internet’s reverse DNS database is based in the Address and Routing Parameter Area (arpa) highest level domain of the internet. IP addresses are of two types namely, IPv4 and IPv6. Reverse lookups for both of these involve using different techniques as they both have special domains. Although reverse lookups work for almost all IP inputs but their credibility is not assured because spammers may disguise their IP addresses. Also, it doesn’t work for all IP addresses because just like unlisted telephone numbers, unlisted IP addresses have no visible registries attached to them.

You can also feed a person’s email id or any other specification to get a full report of that person. This usually involves, home address, home phone numbers, work address, work phone numbers, secondary emails and even family details in some cases. This kind of reverse look up is available through a number of websites. Usually, the person seeking the information has to pay around to get the report associated with an email.

This technique has several uses. You can use it to find out a spammer’s or a phisher’s domain name. It also comes in handy when trying to determine the computer that is trying to infiltrate your firewall. Hackers can alos be located by using this technique.

Drawing to a conclusion, reverse lookup is tracking of the domain registry by using a known input. Casual lookups can help you find the personal details of a person from his/her email. However, these may not always work or provide reliable results.
